Description

Remove existing terrace to North elevation. Construct new Pool House at the garden level with new 2 tier terrace for ground floor access, including a lift. New swimming pool and BBQ area and associated hard and soft landscaping. Remove existing dormer windows to first floor North elevation and replace with dormer doors and Juliette balconies. Insulated stone cladding to entire house, clean existing roof tiles and re-coat with internal alterations.
