Description

Construct single storey extension to North elevation to create an ancillary family accommodation. Reconfigure and extend the southern wing and create a lower ground floor area. Extend the western elevation and create terrace. Install cladding to all elevations. Replace roof covering in natural slates with the addition of solar panels. Various landscaping alterations to West of site to include a natural lagoon pool. Remove existing in-ground pool and associated hard landscaping and naturalise the area. Alter vehicular access onto La Blinerie road.
