T2, T3 Cabbage palm T4 Cotinus Careful removal of existing trees as described on attached Arboricultural Report by Hillside Trees in order to prevent any further root damage to property and boundary wall. Construction of new lightwell and stepped terrace garden with planters and front boundary wall and bin store. Full investigation with Furness Partnership Structural Engineers has taken place to look at ways of keeping the trees but all alternative options will not prevent continued damage to boundary wall and property.
