Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. P2023/3394/FUL dated 20/11/2025 ‘Demolition of the existing dwellinghouse and erection of a replacement two-storey (plus basement) dwellinghouse with rooftop PV panels and Air Source Heat Pumps and associated boundary treatment and landscaping works.’ The NMA seeks amendments to the internal layout, a reduction of the footprint of the basement and excavation depth of the basement plant, reduction of the volume of the pool, an adjustment to roof light, roof plant and PV positions and provision of fall arrest system, amendments to windows and doors, installation of hit and miss brick on north elevation in place of metal louvres, and adjustments to front boundary wall and roof of single-storey element.
