Description

Ash (T2). Due to significant decay the tree poses a serious safety risk to others. The tree suffers, amongst other things, from decay in a cavity in a main limb which is approximately 10m up the tree and overhangs a children’s play area. Annexed to this application is a report from an expert arboriculturist, Mr Simon Pryce, dated 19™ April 2025 which sets out the extent of the decay. It is proposed by the Applicant to prune the tree as per the attached Specification marked Exhibit SP1.
