Application for a non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission to : P2023/0381/S73 (granted 12/01/2024) pursuant to P2021/2270/FUL (granted on 29/07/2019). The proposed amendments relate to the amendment of condition 2 (approved plans) and condition 43 (floor areas) to allow for flexibility in the manner in which no more than 60% of the consented floorspace will be used for research and development and no more than 40% of the floorspace shall be used for office floorspace space; the amendment of condition 4 (cycle parking spaces) to remove references to cycle parking area layout plans, while retaining commitment to maintaining 90 cycle parking spaces and the addition of a new condition requiring details of the design and layout of the cycle parking to be submitted, approved and installed prior to occupation; removal of condition 41 (further additional parking) and amendments to conditions 13, 17, 18 and 29 to update plan reference numbers.
