The variation seeks the following: • Internal reconfigurations to improve circulation and end-of-journey facilities; • Reinstatement of historic arched rear window openings; • Removal of plaster to rear elevation; • Amendments to window openings and installation of aluminium windows to rear; • Retention of existing front windows and replacement slim line glazing only; • Relocation of internal stair between basement and ground level; • Rationalisation of proposed plant to roof terrace; • Removal of the previously proposed ground floor mezzanine; • Alterations to the rear vaults including access and associated glass roof structure; • Installation of bi-fold doors to 22-23 Clerkenwell Close; • Minor amendments to the layout and size of bin and cycle stores.
