Description

Non-Material Amendment following a grant of planning permission: P2024/3095/FUL dated 18/02/2025 for ‘installation of air source heat pump at roof level with associated works and installation of water source heat pump within existing energy centre’. Amendments seek an alteration to the wording of approved condition 4 (plant noise control) Updated Condition 04: The design and installation of new items of fixed plant shall be such that when operating shall not exceed: At the Vorley Road development (maximum internal noise level resulting from plant noise): - Bedrooms NR15 - Living rooms NR20 All other existing residential adjacent: The cumulative noise level LAeq Tr arising from the proposed plant, measured or predicted at 1m from the facade of the nearest noise sensitive premises, shall be a rating level of at least 5dB(A) below the background noise level LAF90 Tbg. The measurement and/or prediction of the noise should be carried out in accordance with the methodology contained within BS 4142:2014+A1:2019. REASON: In the interest of protecting the amenities of future residential occupiers from undue levels of noise and disruption.
