The proposal also includes demolition of existing hardstanding.' Condition 8 which reads 'Prior to commencement of the development approved, details of how the development achieves Secured by Design accreditation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning authority. The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details so approved and shall be maintained as such thereafter into perpetuity.' Is to be varied from 'prior to commencement' to 'prior to occupation'
