Non-material amendments of Planning permission ref: 990746 dated 23/07/1999. Erection of roof and rear extension and change of use and associated alterations to provide a restaurant (A3 use) at basement ground and first floors and B1 offices at second and third floor levels. The applicant seeks to amend the wording of condition 3, hours of operation, (as previously varied by planning permissions P040047 of 15 March 2004, P052394 of 9 December 2005 and P072964 of 07-Feb-2008) and the introduction a new condition. The variation reverts trading to 0700 to 2330 every day and not to be open to members of the public outside of this time. The new condition controls activities generating high levels of noise.
