Non material amendment to planning permission ref. P2023/1410/FUL dated 12/07/2023 'Installation of an ATM cash machine (and bollards) in the north elevation of 14 Junction Road facing Archway Square and additional louvres and replacement door in the west (rear) elevation.' in order to amend the wording of condition 6 (pre-commencement condition for details of the approved bollards) as replacement bollards are not currently required. reworded Conditin 06: In the event the existing bollards need to be replaced, prior to the installation of any such replacement bollards the development shall not be commenced until detailed design and method statements (in consultation with TfL Infrastructure Protection) have been submitted and approved in writing by the local planning authority which provide construction details of the proposed bollards.' REASON: To ensure that the development does not impact on existing London Underground transport infrastructure in accordance with Policy T3 of the London Plan (2022) and the Land for Industry and Transport SPD (2012).
