The amendment seeks to alter the wording of Condition 34 to vary the level of vinyl to be displayed on the ground level elevation, and as such to read as follows: Notwithstanding the areas of vinyl affixed to the windows as detailed on plan ref. 17082-THPR-XX-EL-DR-A-1010, the window glass of all ground floor commercial units shall not be painted, tinted, or otherwise obscured and no furniture or fixings which may obscure visibility above a height of 1.4m above finished floor level be placed within 2.0m of the inside of the window glass.
