P2021/2905/FUL dated 27/05/2022 for 'Refurbishment and extensions to the host building, including facade alterations; extension to the reception; extension to the existing internal cafe pavilion and amalgamation into the main office use; installation of rain water tanks and screening at fourth floor level; provision of new cycle store facilities, waste compactor and electric vehicle charging points'. The following amendments are proposed: Increase in the size of the door within the courtyard; Movement of the MVHR unit and ductwork at first floor level; Alterations to the layout of the green roof at first floor level; Amendments to the downpipe / gutter and retractable roof above the ground floor rear extension; Increase in wall thickness to the ground floor east elevation of the courtyard and pavilion; Slight relocation of the downlight on the front façade; Alterations to the Bonhill Street Entrance including change in door/window design and use of an entrance ramp; insertion of a vent pipe roof of new reception area at ground floor; Entrance pavers adjusted to level changes; Alteration to parapets and timber decking extended at fourth floor level; and Relocation of cycle repair station and Sheffield stand in rear courtyard'.
