Non-material admendments of Planning permission ref: P2023/2612/S73, dated 12/12/2023 'Removal / Variation of Conditions 2 (Drawing Numbers),4 (Green Wall Details), and 8 (Green Roof Compliance) of Planning Permission Ref. P2021/2905/FUL dated 27/05/2022 for 'Refurbishment and extensions to the host building, including facade alterations; extension to the reception; extension to the existing internal cafe pavilion and amalgamation into the main office use; installation of rain water tanks and screening at fourth floor level; provision of new cycle store facilities, waste compactor and electric vehicle charging points'.
