Internal alteration of the listed building. The proposed works are to changed the internal walls in order to improve the kitchen and bathroom layout. The proposed alterations are to remove non-load-bearing internal walls: (1) alteration to kitchen wall to open the kitchen-living room space, removing the walled cupboard that contained a larger boiler and hot water tank, which with a modern, eco-friendly condenser boiler is now redundant and the space is not used effectively; and (2) proposed alteration to bathroom shower wall, including (i) a 70cm opening into the bathroom for recessed shower cubicle, and (ii) 90cm section rebuilt 12cm into the kitchen.
