Approval of Details pursuant to conditions 2 and 4 of planning permission ref P2022/0563/LBC, dated 31.05.2022: CONDITION 2: Notwithstanding the approved drawings, detailed drawings in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the works is begun, and the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the details so approved and shall thereafter be so maintained: a) 1:10 drawings including plan, elevation, and section of the proposed window in the side elevation and the metal bars. CONDITION 4: No development shall take place on site unless and until a method statement for the brick infill of the opening of the existing garage door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
