It described Tree T2: 'Tree 2 is an early mature Wild Cherry growing in the eastern corner of the garden. This tree is of average condition and normal vigour. The crown of the tree has been reduced in the past and has regrown such that the branches are now in contact with the neighbouring property. This tree has been categorised as BS Category C based on its condition, restricted public visibility and limited amenity contribution.'
