T3 Sycamore of MWA / Crawco Arb Report Works: 30% Crown Reduction. Reason: Clay shrinkage subsidence damage at subject property. Please note that the supporting documents mention removal of the tree but following comments from the LA the specification of works was amened to 30% Crown Reduction. Unfortunately, the application for removal of the tree ( P2024/1472/TRE) could not be amended to a crown reduction, therefore this new application is being submitted which we understand will be 'pushed through' the system (per Linus Irons, Tree Officer).
