Description

Forming part of Islington Council's Capital Works Programme, the proposed communal works will be taking place to 59-93 Liverpool Road: • Internal flat entrance door replacements with fire door sets and architraves which are non-original (abbreviated as FD30S.) • Fanlights above doors, when applicable. • Installation of new fire alarm systems • Electrical cupboard replacement, when applicable like for like. • Emergency lighting within common areas only.
