Description

Bay Tree located half way down the garden of Flat 1, 45 Tollington Park on the right hand side of the garden, now taking over the side of the next door warehouse. The tree has grown tremendously over the years beyond a level to which I can maintain it, and I am seeking permission to prune it back to reduce both the height and width. I have sought guidance from several tree surgeons who agree this is the best course of action since it is no longer maintainable and posing risks to buildings and the garden with the growing roots.
