Description

To strip damaged roof light structure (roof level West Wing) and glazing back down to timber wall plate to make safe. Due to slipped glazing panels and rotten timber, which had made the condition unsafe. To supply and install new pre-primed and painted timber frame internally to support new roof light structure. To remove rotten timber louvers and gable end panels. To supply and install new to match existing profile. To supply and install white powder coated aluminium double glazed roof light as per specification provided, to match close as possible to that removed. NB: Making safe and temporary waterproofing works carried out, as instructed by Barbican
