Description

This application relates to the placement of a small gas flue on the wall at the back of the building on the balcony on the fourth floor (because I would like to install a low capacity gas boiler (18kw) in my flat). The flue is expected to be black in color, 100 millimeter in diameter (maximum) and 50-100 millimeter in visible length of the air outlet (maximum). The exact location of the flue is evidenced with a black dot on the pictures attached. The visual impact is expected to be very negligible as it will naturally blend in with the balcony fixtures and is located at the back of the building (no impact on the facade and barely visible from the street) due to foliage and distance. No alterations will be made to the structure of the building and, accordingly, no new means of structural support will be provided. There is no impact on the access or overall design of the building.
