P2022/4220/FUL dated 08/03/2022 'Alterations including demolition of existing rear extensions and erection of a replacement part single/part two/part-three-storey rear extension with roof terraces at 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor levels, erection of a mansard roof extension, replacement of windows, reinstatement of a shopfront and erection of bin and cycle stores in the rear garden in connection with the conversion of the existing building into 1 x 3 bed and 2 x 2 bed flats (Class C3).' This variation seeks to replace the approved metal balustrades to the first, second and third floor roof terraces with glazed balustrades; erect brick balustrades/parapets (including planters) to the sides of each of the first, second and third floor roof terraces; amend the brick bond and detailing to the rear extensions, increase the size of a second floor rear window opening and change the glazed windows/doors in the rear elevation from aluminium to timber.
