Front garden T1 - Ash fell (remove) and plant appropriate replacement tree. Propose to fell and replace due to inappropriate location in close proximity to front elevation of property. The tree roots have grown through and damaged retaining wall. This species is too large for such close proximity to the property. Propose to fell and replace with smaller species in adjacent location within front garden, closer to the public road (further from the house) to provide better amenity and avoid potential future root damage to property.
