Description

We have owned our house for 18 years now and over the years we have repaired and repainted our windows where it has been necessary, however it has got to the point now where we need to replace them as they are rotten and rotting, some are unable to be opened at all due to the rot. As we feel these repairs are unavoidable we would also like to be more energy efficient so would like to install the slim heritage double glazed units. There are 5 sash windows at the front of the property and 1 sash window, 1 door and 3 Casement windows to the rear. Photographs are attached in documents. We will be keeping the existing box frames and upgrading the sash windows with slim heritage double glazing. The new windows will be like for like, in the same timber material, internal brass fixtures and white weather proof paint.
