Section 73 (minor material amendment) application in order to amend condition 2 (approved drawings) and condition 4 (structural method statement) of permission ref. P2023/0792/FUL dated 29.08.2023 'Demolition of existing single storey side to rear extension and construction of new side to rear single storey extensions with basement and lightwell to rear, window & rooflight alterations and associated internal alterations.'
