Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. P2021/3658/FUL dated 15/03/2022 in order to amend the wording and trigger of condition 8 for when the details of nature conservation and biodiversity measures need to be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority from "prior to any superstructure works commencing on site" to "prior to the relevant part of the works commencing on site." This is to allow the sports pitch works to commence in advance of the construction of the new hub building and landscaping works whilst being compliant with all planning conditions.
