Replacement of existing single-glazed timber framed windows with double-glazed timber framed units throughout the building". The proposed amendments comprise the following: Replacement of grey brick in Flemish bond with London stock brick to both extensions. Replace rear lower ground floor extension doors with Crittall-Style Doors with a black finish. Crittal style window to be replaced with Timber sash double glazed windows painted white to match existing on front elevation. Removal of obscured rooflight & sedum matt to roof to proposed first floor extension. Replacement of obscured glass forming roof of the lower ground floor extension with one rooflight.
