Description

Section 73 application for the removal/variation of conditions 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (Materials Compliance) and 4 (Restricting use of flat roof) of planning permission ref: P2020/3010/FUL dated 21/01/2021 for "Erection of full width lower ground floor and half-width raised ground floor rear extensions. Replacement of existing single-glazed timber framed windows with double-glazed timber framed units throughout the building". The proposed amendments comprise the following: Replacement of grey brick in Flemish bond with London stock brick to both extensions. Replace rear lower ground floor extension doors with Crittall-Style Doors with a black finish. Crittal style window to be replaced with Timber sash double glazed windows painted white to match existing on front elevation. Removal of obscured rooflight & sedum matt to roof to proposed first floor extension. Replacement of obscured glass forming roof of the lower ground floor extension with one rooflight.
