Description

Removal of internal existing demountable glazed partitions, obselete mechanical ductwork, perimeter small power and data services and extensive built-in perimeter storage. Replacement of existing washroom fixtures and fittings and new demountable partitioning to form new shower room to facilitae emplyees that cycle and run to work. Repair of existing timber herringbone flooring, new internal wall decorations, new commercial lighting and new floor finishes to mezzanine area. New perimeter power and data trunking for new open plan desking and free-standing meeting booth. Existing mechanical ceiling mounted cassettes to be re-used with new secondary ductwork as necessary.
