REASON: To ensure the commencement timescale for the development is not extended beyond that of the original planning permission granted on under appeal ref APP/V5570/W/20/3262336. Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Chapter 5).
