Non-material amendment application to correct Condition 1 (the time of implementation) of extant permission ref P2022/0257/S73 FULL granted on the 07/10/2022 Correction condition 1 should state: S73 - CONSENT LIMITED TO THAT OF ORIGINAL PERMISSION: The development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than the expiration date of 26/04/2024. REASON: To ensure the commencement timescale for the development is not extended beyond that of the original planning permission granted on under appeal ref APP/V5570/W/20/3262336. Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of Section 91(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Chapter 5).
