Non-material amendments of Planning permission ref: P121287 amended by P2015/4073/s73 dated 09/01/2013 for 'The part demolition, refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing coachworks and the erection of a four-storey building to accommodate a new workshop space and ancillary office/administration facilities plus nine residential units'. The following amendments are sought: (1) An increase in the depth of the building by 250mm by moving the rear main wall, (2) Adjustment of the rear corner balcony, (3) affecting levels 1 - 3, Removal of side lightwell, (4) Removal of the front steps to the ground floor commercial entrance on the right-hand side and dropping the floor level to street level, (5) Relocation of lift overrun above roof level and minor adjustment to rear window locations, (6) and Intermediate floor levels adjusted; first floor dropped by 150mm and second floor dropped by 75mm to facilitate increased headroom within the flats in accordance with the London Plan
