Grass area rear of New River Court (near boundary with 14 Leconfield Road) (TPO refs: T13+T14 of TPO 291/2006) (T13+T14) Lime trees x2 - crown re-reduce back to previous, most recent pruning points (removing approx. 2-3m re-growth). If necessary remove also basal / epicormic growth. N.B. Pruning cuts are not to extend below the last, most recent, crown reduction points. The proposed pruning is to mitigate claim that trees that are implicated in causing subsidence to nearby property.
