Removal / Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 3 (Materials) of Planning permission reference P2022/4029/S73, dated 08/02/2023 for 'Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission P2021/3358/FUL, dated 19/08/2022 Reinstatement of 2 pitched roofs and gables at third floor level to No. 19 Clerkenwell Close with new louvred plant enclosure beyond, increase in height of Mansard Roof extension to roof of Nos. 20 and 21 Clerkenwell Close, provision of a green roof at first floor level at rear of Nos. 20 and 21 Clerkenwell Close, thermal upgrade to existing flat roof across Nos. 19, 20 and 21 Clerkenwell Close; historic reinstatements, new replacement windows to Nos. 19, 20 and 21 Clerkenwell Close, altered fenestrations, new side windows to Nos. 20 and 21 Clerkenwell Close, reconfiguration of internal layouts, relocation of plant and other minor external alterations and associated works. The amendments sought comprise alterations to the approved steel gate at ground floor, replacement of a blank fire door to the ground floor side with a Georgian style panel door, raising of the rear mansard roof by 540mm'. The amendments seek an amended glazing design to the new windows of 21 Clerkenwell Close.
