Description

Front Garden (T1) Sycamore - Fell (remove tree) and plant suitable replacement tree. N.B. This tree has outgrown its location in a narrow border between the railings/pavement and the steps down to the basement of the property. The tree has unfortunately started to cause notable damage to the property and some affect to the public walkway, this has noticeably worsened in recent times. On both sides there is a threat to safety caused by the tree. Walls are breaking and beginning to fall down. We have further concern about the damage the tree's roots are doing further underground, based on the sheer size the tree has reached.
