Approval of Details Pursuant of Condition 3 (Details of Materials) of Planning permission reference P2023/2257/S73, dated 13/11/2023 for 'Variation of Condition (2) of Planning Permission Ref. P2022/2883/FUL dated 26/10/2022 for 'Extension and refurbishment including rear extensions to provide external terraces at first, second, third and fourth floor levels; erection of a mansard roof extension at fourth floor; rooflights and plant enclosures; removal of the access between 17 & 18 Clerkenwell Close, window refurbishment, front entrance enhancement and external basement level enhancements; associated internal alterations, including erection of a new bike store, showers, lockers, refuse store, accessible WC and evacuation lift'. The following amendments are sought: - New stair pressurisation ductwork, fan unit and riser at roof level, for improved fire safety on all floors, - New life safety Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) batteries located in the basement with required cooling units at roof level, - Increased Cold Water Storage Tank and Booster room size at basement level and - Reorganisation of internal risers, including ATS system serving the evacuation lift and the stair pressurisation system.'.
