Approval of Details Pursuant of Condition * ( ) of listed building consent reference P2022/3650/LBC, dated 06/01/2023 1 3 YEAR CONSENT PERIOD: The works hereby granted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. REASON: To comply with the provisions of Section 18(1)(a) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Chapter 5). 2 CONDITION: Prior to the commencement of the works replacing the cementitious render and following exploratory works to ascertain the condition of the existing brickwork, a detailed schedule of works and method statement based on the findings from those exploratory works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and the works implemented in accordance with those approved details.
