Rear garden (TPO ref - T21 of TPO 342/2007) (T1 on application) Cercis - Reduce lateral growth where overhanging to rear of the property by up to 3m. Remove decayed stem (diameter approx. 15cm) growing across boundary with 14 Canonbury Park South. NB. This tree is leaning increasingly and is causing some damage to a newly installed fence. This work is to reduce the weight and loading on the tree to prevent it falling and causing further damage to the fence and neighbouring property.
