The amendments sought comprise alterations to the approved steel gate at ground floor, replacement of a blank fire door to the ground floor side with a Georgian style panel door, raising of the rear mansard roof by 540mm'. The amendments seek an amended glazing design to the new windows of 21 Clerkenwell Close.
