Amendment to proposed works (received 12.12.2025):T1; Beech Tree - FellReason; T1 is suffering from 'Miripulus gigantus' around the base of the tree. There is further similar fungal growth up the trunk indicating rot within the trunk. The tree is within close proximity of 2 residential properties.T2 & T3 both Sycamore Trees - Fell.Reason; Both trees are suffering loss of leaf and increase in dead wood within their crowns. T2 has significant bark lifting and rot within the central trunk. Both trees lean over towards Madeira Road and the risk of danger to road traffic if they fall is considered high. T4; Holm oak - Remove side branch.T5; Holm oak - Fell.Reason: Allow better light for surrounding trees by removing the crowding.
