Amended proposal (15/08/2024):T1; Willow - The northeastern branch to be removed to a safe height to prevent this limb from decaying further. The remaining two branches be reduced to around 50% to bring the final height to around 11 metres high.Reason: The stem which heavily leans over the garden on the Northeastern side has had a branch removed around 2 metres high, this has torn and created an area on the trunk from around 0.5m - 2 metres high and 30 cm wide where bark is delaminating.
