**5 Day Notice**T1; Oak tree - Fell to ground level. It has experienced a major limb breaking off over Oakhill Road (please see attached photos). This breakage has exposed an open wound measuring 1-2 metres inside the tree. The heartwood of the tree has deteriorated due to dry rot, rendering it unsafe and unstable.
