Amended proposal 27.01.2024:Turkey oak - Staged removal;Phase 1: The trees crown will be reduced by 30 to 40%. All reduction points will be to strong growth points and to leave a uniform and natural tree form. The planting season (October to March) following this works a fastigiate hornbeam tree will be planted in an appropriate location in the front garden of the property. The replacement tree will be at least a half standard size tree 8 to 10 cm circ trunk (this being nursery stock tree sizes).Phase 2: Two years from phase one the tree will be pollarded to 40 to 50% of its crown size at this point.Phase 3: Two years on from phase 2 the tree will be removed.
