Crown lift to 4m over the car park.T633; Common lime - The Northern primary stem should be reduced to approx. 4 to 5 meters to remove the potential risk of collapse onto the garage. The northern stem is then to be reduced to around 7 meters in height, to a suitable pruning point and the remaining crown reduced to form a more compact crown form. In doing so it would reduced leverage and weight stress to the trunk of the tree. T667; Sycamore - Pollard above second main union, to retain tree and reduce the likelihood of failure.T670; False acacia - Fell to ground level (consider retention of lower stem 3-4m for wildlife habitat).T671; False acacia - Reduce canopy to remove large deadwood to retrench the crown to around 4m radius and reduce height to around 5m, retaining live sprouting points where possible.T673; False acacia - Remove tree, but consider retaining monolith stem to around 3-4m for wildlife and visual benefit.T674; English oak - Remove deadwood on northern stem.
