T1 Ash - Remove.Tree was once a multi stemmed tree, one stem remaining but starting to decay within the base from the old stem removals.Owner has stated that the top of the tree is dying, presumably from Ash DiebackRemove for future safety and re-plant with a Sweet gum (Liquidambar) on the opposite side of the garden away from the large neighboring London Plane tree.
