Non-Material Amendment to Reserved Matters Approval 23/00406/REM for Phase 3a (pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 16/00608/OUT) to amend the design of Block A and Block B in the Local Centre as follows: Block A: i) inclusion of 300mm building step in centre of building; ii)increase building footprint following reconfiguration of staircase; iii) alter location and size of window and doors; iv) reinstate Juliet balconies; v) thicken piers and floor cassettes to projecting balconies; vi) supporting piers to projecting balconies on the front elevation included on ground floor plan; vii) enclose sides of balconies; viii) alter internal layout of Flat Type 4; ix) increase pitch of roofs; x) increase pitch of gables; xi) increase height of eaves; xii) decrease floor level and ridge height to linking element; and xiii) alter all balcony doors on first and second floors and xiv) changes to downpipe locations. Block B: i) inclusion of 300mm building step in centre of building; ii)increase building footprint following reconfiguration of staircase; iii) alter location and size of window and doors; iv) reinstate Juliet balconies; v) thicken floor cassettes to projecting balconies; vi) supporting piers to projecting balconies on the front elevation and pillars holding balconies on floors above included on the ground floor plan; viii) enclose sides of balconies; ix) alter internal layout of Flat Type 10; x) alter Flat Type 10 door onto balcony; xi) increase pitch of gable roofs; and xii) alter all balcony doors on first and second floors, xiii) changes to downpipe locations; and xiv) reduction in commercial floorspace.
