Application for non-material amendment to planning permission IP/22/01014/FUL (Erection of 20 houses and 6 flats with associated car parking and newly equipped play area): Amendment to trees and landscaping details to accord with the approved SUDs scheme, amendment to the bell mouth of the access road, amendments to specific plots and house types, including internal aspects, layouts, alterations to fenestration and ridge heights, addition of canopies and metres, addition of Automatic Opening Vent and additional fenestration. Amendment to Condition 18 (Parks) to allow the play area to be delivered within 6 months of first occupation, due to the need for continued use of that area for site compound and welfare purposes during the construction period.
