Description

Minor amendment to wording of condition 15 of permission 20/00923/REM to read "No development shall commence, except for demolition and site clearance, until details of the foul and surface water drainage for the site have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The drainage works shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of any part of the development hereby approved." This is to allow demolition and site clearance to rake place prior to the discharge of the condition.
