Description

1 - Remove existing small window to rear elevation, and form larger opening to set proposed timber frame window to mirror size, shape & style of existing rear timber window. 2 - Replace existing kitchen door with new Crittal style unit to match similar style ofexisting approved units to front facade, to improve the thermal performance of the building. 3 - Retrofit existing storage building in garden curtilage into usable home study space, utilising existing shell of building and replace dilapidated roof for new timber roof over, and set new openings around. 4 - Retrofit new timber joinery to existing store adjacent to garage, and reinstall roof to existingstructure to form lean to roof as historical set previously.
