Description

Retrospective application for various works to the house: Single storey rear infill extension, basement extension with a rear lightwell, installation of a mains wired fire alarm system, new hot water cylinders on the third floor in the eaves, a new boiler to the third floor with flue through existing front roof, renewal of roof covering of main roof as part of dormer and rooflight works, raising the ceiling on the third floor to create the new bathroom and for the two skylights, new lighting, heating and electrics, utility room fit out within basement vaults, new sika waterproof render to walls in utility, new tiled floor and re-roofing the rear extension zinc roof with a fibreglass roof.
