Description

Works to tree within TPO 256 - Cedar (T1) - Reduce height by 2-3 metres. Reduce lateral spread by up to 3 metres, targeting extended limbs to create a balanced, natural canopy outline. All cuts to be made back to suitable secondary growth points, ensuring retention of a flowing branch line and natural form. Canopy raised to 5.5 metres above ground level to improve clearance over hardstanding and access paths. Selectively prune to maintain a minimum 2-metre clearance from the property, including windows, gutters, and roofline.
