Non Material Amendment to extend the ground floor of the approved sports/rugby building to provide an extra 88sqm to the southern elevation with internal layout changes and a change to materials of planning permission 00567/D/P16 approved 23/11/2023 for the variation of condition 3 (approved drawings) to allow the ground floor of the proposed sports pavilion by the 3G pitch to be extended to provide additional changing facilities and make minor internal and elevational alterations following planning permission 00567/D/P13 dated 05/03/2020, updated 23 November 2023 00567/D/P16, The approved scheme is for erection of two two-storey sport pavilions, 3G pitch with dual use, junior 3G pitch with a running track, creation of an access road and parking, installation of floodlighting and associated landscape works. Refurbishment of the boat house, gym and boat shed to include demolition of part and erection of a two-storey extension to the boat house.
